摘　　要：本文介绍了一种以NAND-Flash存储设备为介质,在嵌入式系统中实现FAT16文件系统的方法。NAND-Flash是现在嵌入式系统中的常见存储设备,本文在介绍了NAND-Flash与FAT16文件系统结构特点的基础上,讨论了将FAT16文件系统移植到NAND-Flash这一技术的关键内容和具体实现方法。This paper presents a kind of realization of FAT16 file system based on NAND-Flash storage. NAND-Flash is a kind of common storage devices in current embedded system.This paper presents the structural characteristics of NAND-Flash and FAT16 file system .The key content and detailed implementation method of the technology of porting FAT16 file system to NAND-Flash are discussed.
