摘　　要：根据高校图书馆外文期刊的管理和使用现状,结合当前外文期刊服务与管理中出现的新特点,针对外文期刊利用率低的情况,对网络环境下外文期刊的管理和利用提出了相关的改进措施。According to the current management and utilization of foreign periodicals of university library, and connecting with some new features of the current service and management of foreign periodicals, especially in the light of the situation that the utilization rate of foreign periodicals is lower, this paper puts forward some corresponding measures for improving the management and utilization of foreign periodicals of the university library under network environment.
