摘　　要：通过对高校学生的现实情况进行分析,论述了高校图书馆勤工助学工作的开展对大学生的健康成长以及对高校图书馆发展的重大意义。Through analyzing university students＇ reality, this paper discusses the important significance of university library＇ s work-study program on the healthy growth of university students and the development of university library.
