摘　　要：图书馆特色服务是高校图书馆建设的一个目标和依据。提出了以人为本,科学发展,构建高校图书馆特色服务的指导思想,并以广西财经学院图书馆为例,阐述了构建高校图书馆特色服务的设想和具体实践路径。Libraries’characteristic service is an objective and foundation of the construction of university library. This paper presents the guideline of constructing the characteristic service of university library on the basis of people-based concept and scientific development, and taking the library of Guangxi University of Finance and Economics as an example, expounds the assumption of and concrete practical paths for constructing the characteristic service of university library.
