摘　　要：本文阐述通过电话、网络、现场进行门诊预约挂号的三种形式。对预约挂号存在的问题,提出对策。在推行预约挂号中,采取科学组织、加强引导,从被动应答服务向主动引导服务转变,收到良好效果。Objective To describe the three patterns of outpatient registration booking by telephone,network and on site. Methods The problems existed in registration booking were analyzed to raise countermeasures. Results During registration booking,scientific organization,strengthened guidance and transforming from passive response services to active guidance services were adopted,which showed good effects.
