摘 要:目的:探索热气泉理疗作用的可能机制。方法:对89例患者的体温、皮温、脉搏、血压、心电图、甲皱微循环、血液化学、体液免疫等方面进行了治疗前后的对比观察和分析。结果:患者治疗后较治疗前体温增高,呼吸加快,体重下降,而心率、血压则呈双向变化,心电图QRS波群和T波幅度均有所下降,甲皱微循环的微动脉和微静脉口径均有不同程度的扩张,血钾、血总蛋白和尿素氮较治疗前均有所降低,血钠和血氯无明显变化,IgA 较治疗前有所增加。结论:根据测试新疆热气泉属含氡热气泉,本文理化分析表明其理疗作用可归为高温影响和放射性氡共同作用的结果。Objective: In order to investigate the possible mechanism of the efficacy of the physical therapy of the hot gas spring. Methods: A comperative observation and analysis before and after treatment to 89 patient's temperature, pulse, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, microcirculation of the nail matrix, blood chemistry and bodily fluid immunity were made. Results: The results show that their temperature increased, their respiration went faster and their weight losed. But their heart rate and blood pressure change bilaterally (irregularly); The amplitude of the diameter of the micro arteries and the micro veins of micro circulation of the nail matrix was found to be dilated in varying degrees; The potassium, blood total protein and urea nitrogen were lowered after treatment. Natrium and chloride revealed no significant change; IgA was increased than before. Conclusion: The former test and the present physiochemical analysis showed that the hot gas springs in Xinjiang are the ones containing Rodon. Its efficacy of physiotherapy is probably due to the mutual action of the influence of the high temperature and radioactive Radon.
