金融危机下我国中小企业诚信机制探究

摘　　要：在全球金融危机的背景下,我国以出口导向型为主的中小型企业陷入了前所未有的困境之中,其原因除自身产业结构不合理外,诚信缺失也是导致众多中小企业难以为继的原因之一。从中小企业的外部环境对其影响入手,研究影响中小企业行为选择的因素,如政府、金融机构及其他相关企业的行为对企业是否选择诚信经营的影响,进而结合现有的诚信机制,探讨其作用机理,并提出一个信息平台和两个机制相结合的诚信管理体系,以期使中小企业更好更快发展。In the context of global financial crisis, China^s export-oriented small- and medium- sized enterprises get into unprecedented trouble and lack of honesty is one of the causes in addition to their own unreasonable industrial structure. From the impact of their outer environment, we study and elaborate the factors influencing their behavior selection, such as the impact of the behavior of government, financial organization and other relevant enterprises on whether they choose honest operation, then, on the basis of current honesty mechanism, explore its function principles and finally propose the honesty management system combining one information platform and two mechanisms in order to help small- and medium-sizd enterprises develop better and faster.
