雷尼替丁对血浆胆碱酯酶活性琥珀胆碱时量关系及阻滞性质的影响

摘  要:目的和方法:20例择期普胸、脊柱手术患者分为两组,观察术前用雷尼替丁(R组,10例)对血浆胆碱酯酶活性及琥珀胆碱作用时效、阻滞性质的影响。结果:术前肌注雷尼替丁15mg/kg,血浆胆碱酯酶活性稍下降,但与注药前及对照组(C组10例)同时值比较均无显著差异。两组间琥珀胆碱作用时效无显著差异。R组全部病例出现Ⅱ相阻滞,出现Ⅱ相阻滞时琥珀胆碱用量明显大于C组,出现时间比C组迟。结论:术前应用治疗剂量雷尼替丁对血浆胆碱酯酶活性无明显抑制作用,对琥珀胆碱作用时效亦无明显影响,但Ⅱ相阻滞的出现明显延迟。Objective and Methods: The effects of ranitidine on timeeffect relationship and character of neuromuscular block of succinylcholine(Sch) were studied in 20 surgital patients. Results: The cholinesterase activity in group R was reduced slightly compared with that in group C (P>005). The differences were insignificant between two groups in onset time, recovery duration, mean dose required per 30min and total dosage of Sch. Phase blockade occured in all patients of group R, the appearance of phase blockade was mardedly delayed in group R in comparison with that in group C (P<005). Conclusion: Ranitidine does not inhibit the serum cholinesterase and affect the timeeffect relationship of Sch, but influences on the block character of Sch.
