摘　　要：研究报道肺纤维化患者的肺癌发病率高于普通人群。在肺纤维化患者中不但检测出高表达的癌标志物，还可以检测出一些癌标志性基因的异常表达，这充分说明肺纤维化与肺癌之间关系密切。一些细胞因子在肺纤维化和肺癌发病机制中作用广泛，并且具有使肺纤维化和肺癌在疾病发展的过程中相互促进的作用。It is reported that the incidence of lung cancer in patients with pulmonary fibrosis is higher than that in general population. In the patients with pulmonary fibrosis, not only the high expression of cancer markers,but also the abnormal expression of oncogenes can be detected, which fully demonstrates that pulmonary fibrosis is closely related with lung cancer. Some cytokines play an extensive role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis and lung cancer,and have an inter enhancement role in the development of pulmonary fibrosis and lung cancer.
