摘  要:目的在于探讨微量元素Zn、Cu、Mn在大鼠骨骼的生长、发育中不同摄入量产生的影响。方法:取Wistar大鼠21只,分成低、正常、高3组喂养。两个月后测定腰椎和股骨的骨密度(BMD)及股骨生物力学指标。结果:低微量元素组骨密度及生物力学指标均低于正常组,高微量元素组与正常组对照,BMD无显著性差异,但骨生物力学指标中骨弹性指标呈显著性降低。结论:微量元素Zn、Cu、Mn的缺乏会导致骨发育不良。To study the significant roles of trace elements Zn,Cu and Mn on the growth and development of skeleton and the influences of different trace elements digestion in rats.Methos 21 Wistar rats were separated into three groups according to the average weight.Each group was separately feeded by low Zn,Cu and Mn diets(group 1),normal control(group 2),high Zn,Cu and Mn diets(Group 3).Two months later,BMD of femur and spine L1-4 were determined with DXA.And their biomechanical behaviors were determined too.Results BMD of group 1 is significantly lower than group 2 and group 3( P <0.05),but there has no apparent difference between group 2 and 3.Biomechanical tests on femur indicate that the elastic markers in group 3 are significantly lower than in group 2.Conclusion The deficiency of Zn,Cu,Mn can make the Author abnormal development of bone,but over digestion of these elements can influence the inorganic structure of bone and ,consequently,influence the biomechanical behavior of bone,but this change can not be shown in BMD.
