老年糖尿病人血清中脂质过氧化物与锌铜铁镁的测定及评价

摘　　要：对１００例Ⅱ型老年糖尿病人的血清中脂质过氧化产物（ＭＡＤ）、（ＷＳＦＳ）、微量元素锌、铜、镁、铁、铜／锌、铜／铁比值测定及与对照组比较，并进行相关分析结果说明低锌（Ｐ＜０．０１）、铁（Ｐ＜０．０１）、镁（Ｐ＜０．０１）；高ＷＳＦＳ（Ｐ＜０．０１）、Ｃｕ（Ｐ＜０．０１）、Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ（Ｐ＜０．００１）、Ｃｕ／Ｆｅ（Ｐ＜０．００１）可造成机体免疫功能降低，糖耐量降低，是糖尿病发病及慢性病变发生发展的重要因素之一。This artieal offer determinatoou,cortrol group comparring and correlation analysis of MAD WSFSZnCuFeMgCu/ZnCu/Fein blood serrum of 100 casesof Model sehive diabetic.The result illnstrate that low Zn( P<001 )Fe( P<001 )Mg( P<001TBZ);high WSFS ( P<001 )Cu( P<001 )Cu/Zn( P<0001 )Cu/Fe( P<0001 ).may cause dereasing immunologic functoonand glucose bolerrance.Which is oneot the important reason of diabetesoccuring and grrowing.
