摘　　要：通过采用锯切口法测定了几种进口高强度钢轨轨腰残余应力，阐述了残余应力对轨腰水平脆断的影响。并以切口尖端应力强度因子Ｋ１和轨腰材料断裂韧性Ｋ１ｃ作为判据，对这些钢轨轨腰脆断敏感性进行了评定。Residual stresses in the rail web of high strength rails from several foreign countries were measured by the saw cut method, and the effect of residual stress on rail web cracking was discussed. Comparison between the stress intensity K 1 at the tip of the saw cut and the fracture toughness K 1c of rail web material was made, and the sensitivity of rail web cracking was evaluated.
