摘　　要：丙型肝炎基因分型对于分子流行病学研究、预测慢性丙型肝炎病情和抗病毒治疗效果具有重要的意义。本文就近年来丙型肝炎基因分型的意义、方法和临床应用情况作简要述评。Genotyping for hepatitis C virus is widely used for molecular epidemiological survey, predicting the clinical outcome of chronic HCV infection and the response to antiviral therapy. The present article aims to review the clinical significance, methods and application ofHCV genotyping.
