摘  要:目的:比较巯基试剂处理和加热法分离血清中IgG抗A(B)的效果。方法:用巯基试剂处理和加热法分离血清中IgG抗A(B),平行检测33例O型孕妇IgG抗A(B)水平,经配对t检验,比较两种方法检测结果的差异。结果:加热法和2-Me处理检测的平均抗体滴度分别是1∶28.23和1∶25.40,t=0.51,P>0.05,差别无统计学意义。结论:加热法操作简便,影响因素少,试验时间也较2-Me法短,适合广泛应用。Objective: To compare the effect of sulfhydryl reagent and heating method for separating IgG anti-A(B) in serum.Methods: 33 pregnant women with blood type "O" were observed.IgG anti-A(B) levels were separated and detected by both sulfhydryl reagent and heating method.t-test was used to compare the difference between the two groups.Results: The average antibody titer were 1∶28.23 and 1∶25.40 in heating and sulfhydryl reagent group.No significant differences were found between the two groups(t=0.51,P0.05).Conclusion: The heating method is easy to practise,less test time and suitable for broad use.
