摘　　要：目的了解某市节能灯毛管生产企业职业病危害状况,提出进一步控制职业病危害的对策。方法采用职业卫生现场调查和职业病危害因素检测的方法。结果该市节能灯毛管生产企业职业病危害前期预防未开展,职业卫生防护措施不到位,职业卫生管理方面存在一些不足,作业场所职业病危害因素检测,汞的合格率为77.14%,乙酸为80.65%,粉尘为92.94%,噪声为85.35%。结论该市节能灯毛管生产企业职业病危害严重。[Objective] To understand occupational hazards in energy-saving lamp rough-tube manufacture enterprises, and put forward measures for further control of occupational hazards.[Methods]Onset occupational health field investigation and occupational hazards detection method were applied.[Results]Early preventions against occupational hazards had not been implemented, preventive measures of the occupational health were not fulfilled perfectly, some faults existed in occupational health management, the monitoring qualified rates of occupational hazards in workplace were 77.14% of mercury, 80.65% of acetic acid, 92.94% of dust, 85.4% of noise.[Conclusion]Occupational hazards in energy-saving lamp rough-tube manufacture enterprises of the city are severe.
