亚急性染毒三聚氰胺对实验动物血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨三聚氰胺亚急性经口染毒对大鼠血液生化指标的影响。方法用三聚氰胺对SD大鼠进行亚急性经口染毒实验,雌雄大鼠分别设1个对照组和3个实验组,每组10只大鼠,每天经口灌胃染毒三聚氰胺1次,染毒时间28d,实验结束时收集外周血液,用全自动生化分析仪检测有关生化指标。结果三聚氰胺实验组ALT、ALP和LDH活力升高,肌酐、尿素、尿酸、总胆红素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、钙、磷含量均比对照组升高,P<0.05或P<0.01。结论三聚氰胺对大鼠血液部分生化指标有一定影响。[Objective] To study the biochemical changes of rat peripheral blood after sub-acute administration of melamine.[Methods]SD rats were administrated with melamine 1 time daily for 28 days. Female and male rats were divided into 1 control group and 3 experimental groups, respectively, with 10 rats in each group. After melamine administration, the peripheral blood was collected and analyzed for biochemical indexes by automatic biochemical analyzer.[Results]It was found that ALT, ALP and LDH activities, creatinine, urea, uric acid, total bilirubin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, calcium, phosphorus all increased significantly in melamine-treated groups, when compared with control group （P0.05 or P0.01）. [Conclusion] Melamine has a certain influence on biochemical indexes of rats blood.
