摘　　要：糖尿病足患者由于伴有肢体远端血管狭窄甚至闭塞,临床治疗一直不是很满意。自体干细胞移植是近几年兴起的一种通过治疗性血管生成方法恢复患肢血供的安全、有效的治疗新手段,不仅是国内外学者研究的热点之一,也为糖尿病足的治疗带来了新的希望。Because the distal arteries of lower extremities become narrowed or even occluded in diabetic foot,the clinical therapeutic results for diabetic foot have been unsatisfactory so far.Autologous stem cell transplantation that has emerged in recent years is a new,safe and effective therapy for diabetic foot,which achieves its excellent clinical success in restoring the blood supply of ischemic limb by way of therapeutic angiogenesis.Now autologous stem cell transplantation has become one of the hot points in medical research both at home and abroad,moreover,it has brought a new hope of cure to the patients with diabetic foot.
