摘  要:目的探讨3.0 T活体正常胰腺质子磁共振波谱(1H-MRS)的表现,分析波谱形态及其影响因素。资料与方法在3.0 T磁共振系统应用单体素点分辨波谱(PRESS)序列采集32名健康自愿者的正常胰腺波谱,分析波谱中脂质(Lip)峰含量与年龄、身高体重指数(BMI)的相关性,分析胆碱(Cho)峰显示率与性别、Lip含量的关系。结果人体胰腺MRS谱线采集的成功率为90.6%(29/32)。在成功获得的29个MRS中,主要的代谢物及其显示率如下:Lip峰的显示率为100.0%,Cho峰为75.9%,胆固醇和不饱和脂肪酸的混合峰(Chol+Unsat)为93.1%。Lip的峰高和峰下面积均与年龄呈正相关(r=0.491和0.519,P=0.007和0.004),而与BMI的相关性无统计学意义(r=0.119和0.081,P=0.538和0.677)。Cho峰的显示率在男性受检者(61.5%,8/13)与女性(87.5%,14/16)之间的差异无统计学意义,Cho峰未显示组中的Lip峰高与峰下面积明显高于Cho峰显示组中的Lip峰高与峰下面积(t=2.661和2.353,P=0.030和0.043)。结论 3.0 T1H-MRS可以检测正常活体胰腺的代谢物,并进行定量分析。Lip含量随年龄增加,Cho峰的显示受Lip峰影响。Objective To investigate the proton MR spectroscopy(1H MRS) manifestations of normal pancreas using in vivo at 3.0 T MR scanner,and to analyze the major peaks and relevant influencing factors of MRS.Materials and Meth-ods Normal pancreases of 32 healthy volunteers were scanned MRS with single-voxel PRESS sequence at a 3.0 T system.The correlations between Lip content and the age,body-mass index(BMI),as well as the correlations between visibility of Cho peak and gender,Lip content were analyzed,respectively.Results 1H MRS were successfully obtained in 29(90.6%) from 32 normal pancreases.The visibility of Lip,Cho,cholesterol and the unsaturated parts of the olefinic region of fatty acids(Chol+Unsat) were 100.0%,75.9%,and 93.1%,respectively.There were significant positive correlations between Lip peak height,area and the age(r=0.491 and 0.521,P=0.007 and 0.004),but there were no significant correlation between Lip peak height,area and BMI(r=0.119 and 0.081,P=0.538 and 0.677).There were no statistical difference in visibilityof Cho peaks between male(61.5%,8/13) and female(87.5%,14/16).The Lip peak height and area were significant higher when Cho peak did not showed on MRS.Conclusion 1H MRS can test and quantify the metabolites of normal pancreas in vivo.Lip content increases with the age,and will affect the visibility of Cho peak.
