摘　　要：目的探讨骨性纤维结构不良(osteofibrous dysplasia,OFD)的影像学特征。资料与方法经病理证实的OFD患者5例,男3例,女2例,平均年龄12.2岁。5例均摄有X线片,其中4例做了CT检查,2例做了MRI检查。回顾性分析其影像学表现。结果 5例均累及胫腓骨,表现为皮质变簿,病变仅限于皮质内,未侵入软组织,与正常骨组织分界清楚。结论 OFD具有一定的影像特征,结合年龄,可作出初步诊断。Objective To discuss the imaging features of osteofibrous dysplasia（OFD）,so as to improve the diagnosis.Materials and Methods Five patients（3 males,2 females） with OFD in our hospital from September 2004 to September 2008 were collected in the study.The age,lesion location involved,symptoms,signs,image diagnosis and pathological findings were recorded.Results The average age of 5 patients was 12.2 years old.Among the five cases,three lesions were diagnosed correctly,two lesions were misdiagnosed as FD and bone cyst respectively.The lesions involved bone cortex only without marrow cavity and soft tissue invasion.Conclusion OFD has imaging characteristics,which are helpful in correct diagnosis.
