摘　　要：研究了化学成分、退火制度、出炉冷却方式对2A12铝合金2.0 mm板材深冲性能的影响,确定了2A12ME板材的最佳Cu含量和生产工艺参数:w(Cu)≤4.5%;退火温度360℃～380℃,保温时间1 h～2 h;退火冷却方式为随炉冷却到200℃出炉。Effect of chemical composition,annealing system and discharge cooling way out of furnace on deep-drawing property of 2.0 mm plate of 2A12 aluminium alloy has been investigated.The production system for 2A12 ME plate has been decided.The optimal Cu content is ≤4.5%.The annealing temperature is 360℃-380℃,1 h-2 h holding time is with;The plates should be kept in the annealing furnace till the plate＇s temperature reaches 200℃ then discharge.
