摘　　要：方证相对学说是探讨临床处方用药规律的学说之一,源自《伤寒杂病论》。其含义是指方剂的药物组成、配伍,与其主治病证所内寓的基本病机具有高度的针对性或相关性。其不仅是打开中医之门尤其是《伤寒论》之门的钥匙、提高中医疗效的重要保障、中医诊断客观化的基础和前提,也是临床医生熟练运用各种辨证技术方法处理疾病的最基本临床思维方式。＂Formula to Syndrome＂ is the application of law doctrine of prescription drugs in Treatise ＂on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Disease. It means that the composition and the compatibility of prescription drugs,instead of inside the main medical treatment card apartments on the basic mechanism is highly targeted or relevant. Its meaning is that Chinese medicine is not only open the door （especially the Treatise on Cold Danube and Miscellaneous Disease door） is a golden key,an important guarantee for improving efficacy of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine diagnosis of the objective of the foundation and prerequisite,but also clinicians must attach great importance to the syndrome differentiation and treatment administration.
