盐胁迫下苯丙烯酸对黄瓜幼苗生长及根际土壤酶活性的影响  被引量:8

Effects of Cinnamic Acid on Cucumber Seedling Growth and Rhizosphere Soil Enzyme Activities under Salt Stress

摘  要:以耐盐黄瓜品种津绿5号和盐敏感黄瓜品种津优1号为试材,以NaCl(585mg·kg-1)为盐胁迫条件,苯丙烯酸为自毒物质,研究了盐胁迫下不同浓度的苯丙烯酸(0、25、50、200mg·kg-1)对黄瓜幼苗生长及其根际土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫降低了黄瓜幼苗的茎粗、株高和鲜质量,并对黄瓜幼苗根际土壤过氧化氢酶、转化酶、脲酶活性具有抑制作用,对过氧化物酶活性的促进作用不明显。低浓度苯丙烯酸(25mg·kg-1)对土壤过氧化氢酶、转化酶、脲酶活性具有促进作用,对盐胁迫有一定的缓解作用;高浓度苯丙烯酸(200mg·kg-1)对过氧化氢酶、转化酶、脲酶活性有抑制作用,且高浓度苯丙烯酸则进一步加重了盐胁迫程度。F检验结果表明,苯丙烯酸对土壤酶活性的影响强度较高,盐胁迫对各生长指标的影响较高。Salt-tolerant cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)cultivar‘Jinlv No.5'and salt-sensitive cucumber cultivar'Jinyou No.1'were used as materials.Taking NaCl(585 mg·kg-1)as salt-stress condition,effect of different concentrations of cinnamic acid(0,25,50,200 mg·kg-1)under salt stress condition on cucumber seedling growth and rhizosphere soil enzymes activities were studied.Results showed that salt-stress treatment could reduce the stem diameter,plant height and fresh weight of cucumber seedling;restrain rhizosphere soil catalase,invertase and urease activities of cucumber seedling;but the promoting effect on peroxidase activity was not obvious.Low concentration of cinnamic acid(25 mg·kg-1)has promoting effects on soil catalase,invertase and urease activities,certain relaxing effect on salt injury.High concentrations of cinnamic acid(200 mg·kg-1)has inhibitory effects on catalase,invertase and urease activities,and high concentrations of cinnamic acid aggravated the degree of salt stress.F-test results show that cinnamic acid has greater effect on soil enzyme activities and salt stress has greater effect on various growth index.
