摘 要:为了寻找一条高效率合成4-氯代苯酐的路线,基于D-A环合原理和芳构化方法,首先,优化并比较了两条合成4-氯代四氢苯酐(二酸)的路线,然后,优化并比较了两条将4-氯代四氢苯酐(二酸)芳构化合成4-氯代苯酐的路线。得到如下结果:4-氯代四氢苯酐收率提高到95%,纯度大于98%;用液溴作芳香化试剂4-氯代苯酐的单步收率达到89%、纯度99%,氧气活性炭作芳香化试剂,4-氯代苯酐收率达到70%、纯度100%。Synthesis of 4-chlorophthalic anhydride(acid)was investigated based on D-A cyclization and aromatization. Two synthetic routes for 4-chlorotetrahydrophthalic anhydride,and its two aromatizing ways were optimizated and compared. The yield of 4-chlorotetrahydrophthalic anhydride was increased to 95% with purity higher than 98%. The aromatization yield using liquid bromine as the aromatizing reagent was increased to 89% with 99% purity;and the aromatization yield using oxygen and activated carbon as the aromatizing reagent was increased to 70% with 100% purity.
