摘　　要：【目的】调查神经内科住院患者的护理需求,开展有针对性的健康教育。【方法】采用问卷调查法,根据马斯洛需要层次理论自行设计量表,调查50例神经内科住院患者的一般情况及住院期间的护理需求,以进行有针对性的健康宣教。【结果】50例患者对安全需要层次需求的应答率和赋分值最高,分别为97%和4.0666分;在自尊需求方面,不同文化背景的患者之间有统计学差异(P<0.05),高学历患者较低学历患者需求高;在安全需求方面,不同年龄层次患者之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。【结论】神经内科住院患者的护理需求有所差别,护士需根据患者的不同情况给予个体化的健康教育。【Objective】To investigate the in-patients of the neurology about their demands for nursing,and the nurses give individual healthy education to their patients.【Methods】 A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 50 in-patients of neurology,included the patients＇ general state of health and their requirements during they were treated in the hospital.【Results】 The requirement ranked at the first place was the factor about safety,answered rate was 97% and its average mark was different outcome（P0.05） and the requirements of safety on different aged patients had no different outcome（P0.05）.The patients had a higher satisfaction on nurses＇ healthy education.【Conclusion】 The demand for healthy education is different with the educational background of neurology,nurse could get get better result when giving individual healthy deucation to the patient.
