摘  要:目的:研究附子、干姜、黄连、大黄对正常大鼠能量代谢的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠80只,随机分为空白对照组、附子组、干姜组、黄连组、大黄组,分别给予生理盐水、附子水煎液、干姜水煎液、黄连水煎液、大黄水煎液灌胃给药20d后,检测各组动物的摄入能、消化能、可代谢能。结果:附子组摄入能、消化能、可代谢能与空白对照组、干姜组、黄连组比较升高明显(P<0.05),黄连组与空白对照组相比有一定的降低趋势,但无统计学意义。结论:附子对实验动物的能量代谢有一定的促进作用。Objective:To observe the effects of mankshood,dry ginger,Chinese goldthread,rhubarb on energy metabolism of rats. Methods:Totally 80 Wistar rats were divided into five groups:control group,mankshood group,dry ginger group,Chinese goldthread group and rhubarb group. The rats were respectively given physiological saline,mankshood decoction,dry ginger decoction,Chinese goldthread decoction,rhubarb decoction for 20 days. Energy in-take(EI),digestible energy(DE)and metabolizable energy(ME)were measured. Results:EI,DE and ME in mankshood group increased compared with those in the control group,dry ginger group and Chinese goldthread group(P0.05). EI,DE and ME in Chinese goldthread group had tendency of decrease,but there were no significant difference compared with control group. Conclusion:Mankshood had certain function of promoting energy metabolism in experimental animal.
