摘　　要：文章根据肺脏疾病季节性发作的特点、褪黑素分泌的节律性及其对肺脏的调节作用,探讨肺部疾患季节性发作与褪黑素的相关性,此研究方法不仅有助于从深层次上揭示肺部疾患季节性发病的机理,正确认识中医"肺应秋"理论内涵,也对防治肺部疾患的季节性发作具有重要的指导意义。The article discusses on the relevance between the regular seasonal onset of lung disease and melatonin,based on the characteristic of the regular onset of lung disease,the rhythm of melatonin and the function of melatonin regulating on the lung.It is not only beneficial to deeply understanding the mechanism of the regular seasonal onset of lung disease and the theory connotation of ＇the lung responding to autumn＇,but also provids the experiment evidences and ways of prevention and treatment on the regular seasonal onset of lung.
