摘　　要：对于崩漏的治疗,全国名老中医药专家常青教授在强调辨证论治的同时,尤其重视化瘀止血法的运用,反对见血止血。其常用化瘀止血法为:培补脾肾,清泄瘀热法;益气养阴,和营化瘀法;清化固冲,营消瘀法。Professor CHANG Qing,a Chinese famous veteran doctor of TCM,places importance on the treatment of metrorrhagia by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The treatment of metrorrhagia by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis he commonly uses are：Tonifying the spleen and kidney,removing pathogenic heat and removing blood stasis;Tonifying qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis;Removing pathogenic heat and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
