摘　　要：目的:探讨艾滋病虚证的量化诊断。方法:以1322例艾滋病患者资料为基础,采用Logistic回归分析方法对艾滋病4种基本虚证的量化诊断进行分析,通过计算OR值的大小对4种虚证相关症状进行量化。结果:艾滋病4个虚证均筛选出具有诊断意义的症状(P<0.05),脾气虚弱证的主要症状是痞满、神疲乏力、泻下畅利、脉沉、苔腻。肺脾气虚证的主要症状是咳痰色白、活动气喘、低热、舌胖大、咳痰黏稠、神疲乏力、恶心、恶寒、心慌心悸、胸闷、恶寒、稀便、口苦。气阴两虚证的主要症状是盗汗、干咳、自汗、视物模糊、舌红、咽干、神疲乏力、低热、口淡、失眠多梦。气血亏虚证的主要症状是皮肤粗糙、面色萎黄、脉沉、失眠多梦、腰痛、脉数、淋巴结肿大。结论:艾滋病虚证的量化诊断为临床辨证提供了客观依据。Objective：To explore the quantitive diagnosis of deficient syndromes of HIV/AIDS.Methods：Logistic analysis analyzed the deficient syndromes of HIV/AIDS in basis of 1322 patients＇ data.The OR was used to quantize the deficient syndromes.Results：All the four deficient syndromes of HIV/AIDS had especial diagnostic symptoms（P0.05）.The main symptoms of deficiency-weakness of spleen-QI were abdominal distention,debilitation,diarrhea,deep pulse and greasy coated tongue.The main symptoms of syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and lung were cough,white sputum,asthma,low-grade fever,fat tongue,thick sputum,debilitation,nausea,nephrasthenia asthma,cardiopalmus,chest distress,loose stools and bitter taste of mouth.The main symptoms of deficiency of both vital energy and yin were night sweat,dry cough,spontaneous perspiration,dim eyesight,red tongue,dry pharynx,debilitation,low-grade fever,pallid mouth,insomnia and dreamful sleep.The main symptoms ofinsufficiency of vital energy and blood were pachulosis,etiolate complexion,deep pulse,nsomnia and dreamful sleep,lumbodynia,fast pulse and lymphadenectasis.Conclusion：The quantitive diagnosis of deficient syndromes of HIV/AIDS provided objective evidence for clinical differentiation of symptoms and signs.
