摘　　要：目的:探讨利心冲剂对心衰大鼠模型心肌细胞能量代谢的影响。方法:腹腔注射阿霉素(ADR)复制大鼠心衰模型,观察心肌细胞形态学变化,Real-timePCR定量检测过氧化物酶体增生物激活受体协同刺激因子-1(PGC-1α)的表达,免疫组化检测雌激素受体α(ERα)的表达。结果:利心冲剂治疗组心肌细胞变性坏死明显减轻,PGC-1α、ERα的表达明显增加。结论:利心冲剂可改善大鼠心衰模型心肌细胞的能量代谢异常,并改善心功能。Objective：To observe the effect of Lixin Granule on cadiocyte energy metabolism in adriamycin-induced heart failure rat.Methods：ADR was given intraperitoneally to copy the model of heart failure rats.Observe the morphologic change of the cardiac muscle cell.The expression of peroxisome Proliferator-activated receptor cooperated with PGC-1α were detected by RT-PCR.The expression of ERα was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results：As compared with ADR group,the degenerescence and necrosis of the cardiac muscle of cell of Lixin Granule were significantly lower,and the expressions of PGC1α,ERα were markedly increased.Conclusion：Lixin Granule group treatment can improve the abnormity of cadiocyte energy metabolism of heart failure rats,and also obviously improve the cardiac contractility.
