不同时期电针干预对围绝经期综合征大鼠行为学表现的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过不同时期电针刺激围绝经期综合征大鼠"肾俞"、"三阴交"穴,分析电针对围绝经期综合征大鼠的影响及其与电针干预时期的关系,进而筛选电针防治围绝经期综合征的最佳时期。方法:建立大鼠去卵巢模型,分为5个不同电针干预时期,观察不同时期电针对围绝经期综合征大鼠的耐热能力、体力、自主活动功能、睡眠功能的影响。结果:大鼠造模后耐热时间缩短、爬绳时间缩短、入睡时间延长、睡眠时间缩短;电针后耐热时间延长、爬绳时间延长、入睡时间缩短、睡眠时间延长(P<0.05);自主活动次数的改变无明显规律可循。结论:从大鼠行为学表现的角度出发,电针对围绝经期综合征有良性干预作用,且以预防和早期治疗较为重要。Objective：To stimulate shenshu and sanyinjiao points of perimenopausal syndrome rats by electroacupuncture（EA） in different periods,to analyse the effect and its relationship with the period,to explore the best chance for the prevention and cure of perimenopausal syndrome（PMS） by EA.Methods：Perimenopause rats model was made by removing ovaria.All rats were divided into five different periods.Quantities of heat-resistant,stamina,activity and sleep function were examined after EA for treatment of perimenopausal syndrome rats in different stages.Results：After model rats got heat-resistant,rope-climbing and sleep time shortening,while they got fall-asleep time prolonging.After EA rats got heat-resistant,rope-climbing and sleep time prolonging,while they got fall-asleep time shortening（P0.05）.The changes of activity number had no obvious rule to follow.Conclusion：From ethology of rats,EA intervention has a good effect on PMS,especially in advance and early period.
