摘 要:目的:探讨正常人群中DR5天然自身抗体的分布特点及与肿瘤患者的差异。方法:采用ELISA间接法检测正常人群与肿瘤患者血清中死亡受体5的天然自身抗体,并运用SPSS软件对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:正常人群中血清DR5天然自身抗体OD值平均值为0.39,在人群中呈近正态分布。正常人群血清DR5自身抗体OD值在不同年龄组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),随年龄增大而增高。相同年龄组之间,正常人群与肿瘤患者的血清中DR5天然自身抗体的OD值存在差异,肿瘤患者的OD值(0.17±0.014)小于正常人群的OD值(0.39±0.011),P<0.01。结论:我们发现人群中存在DR5的天然自身抗体,但平均滴度较低,符合生理性天然自身抗体的特点。正常人群血清中DR5的NAA水平随着年龄增加而增高,而肿瘤患者血清中DR5的NAA水平低于正常人群。提示在衰老的过程中,血清中DR5天然自身抗体的提高可能有助于清除恶变的细胞,施行肿瘤监视功能,阻止恶变细胞进展为肿瘤。Objective:To investigate the distribute features of natural autoantibodies (NAA) derived from death receptor (DR) 5 in healthy adults and the differences between healthy adults and tumor patients.Methods:NAAs derived from DR5 were detected by indirect ELISA method in 356 healthy adults and 129 tumor patients,the data of results were analyzed via SPSS13.0 software.Results:The mean OD value of NAA from DR5 was 0.39 in serum of healthy adults,appearing asymptotically normal distribution.There were significant differences in OD values of the NAA among the different age groups in the healthy adults (P0.05),which were increased along with the development of age.In addition,there was significant difference in OD value of NAA from DR5 in the same age groups of healthy adults and tumor patients (P0.01),and the OD value (0.17±0.014) of tumor patients was obviously lower than that (0.39±0.011) of the health adults.Conclusion:These findings suggest that there is low NAA derived from DR5,but in accordance to the characteristic of the physiologically natural autoantibody.The NAA level of DR5 will increase in healthy adults along with the development of age,but it is lower in the sera of tumor patients,indicating that enhancement of NAA derived from DR5 helps to eliminate malignant cells,which exerts the function of immunological surveillance and blocks the progression of malignant cells in the process of aging.
