摘 要:电容耦合的非接触电能传输(CPT)技术是基于高频电场耦合来实现的,与现有的电感耦合非接触电能传输(IPT)技术相比,CPT技术克服了磁场能量不能在金属屏蔽环境里进行传输的缺点,还可以减小能量损耗及电磁干扰(EMI)。本文分析了CPT系统的工作原理与等效电路模型。由于CPT系统包含电力电子开关和谐振网络,其时域微分方程模型呈现高阶非线性,本文给出了系统的广义状态空间平均模型(GSSA),将系统的时域非线性模型转换成为频域线性状态空间模型,并依据该模型对CPT系统进行了稳态和暂态动力学行为仿真,分析了电路参数变化对系统传输效率的影响。最后本文通过实验验证了模型及仿真结果。Compared with inductive power transfer(IPT) technology,capacitively coupled power transfer(CPT) technology can realize contactless power transfer with high-frequency electric field coupling,instead of magnetic field coupling in IPT system.The technology can overcome the shortcomings of IPT technology,such as magnetic field energy can't be transmitted across metal materials;furthermore,it can reduce energy loss and electromagnetic interference(EMI).This paper analyzes the principle and equivalent circuit model of CPT system.Due to the existence of nonlinear switch and resonant network,the time-domain differential equation model of the typical CPT system exhibits high-order nonlinear characteristics.Based on system analysis and simulation,the paper puts forward a frequency domain system model with generalized state space averaging(GSSA) method.The model transforms the nonlinear tine-domain model into a linear state space model in frequency domain.The paper gives the simulation results of the system steady state and transient state dynamic behaviors obtained using this model.The paper presents an analysis of the effect of operation frequency on system efficiency as well.Experiment results verify the model and simulation results.
