摘　　要：安徽地方银行在其存续十余年间,虽始终将发展农村金融作为其主要经营目标,但受战争影响、中央金融政策的制约及农贷政策本身的缺陷,明显表现定位模糊和地位边缘化的特点。安徽地方银行的经营特点在一定程度上反映出民国时期地方银行农村金融业务在功能定位上处于不确定状态,仍处在一种探索过程之中,其利弊得失不仅值得探究,且具有现实观照意义。During more than ten years existing of local banks in Anhui province, though developing rural finance was its main task, its orientation and position marginalization were obviously seen because of war, restriction of central financial policies and the deficiencies of agricultural loan policy. The operating features of local banks in Anhui province, in some extend, reflect the uncertainity of local bank＇ s function and orientation in rural finance during the period of Republic of China, which still in the status of exploration, while the ad- vantages and disadvantages of their exploration not only worth researching, but also having practial meaning for reference.
