摘  要:现有风电场无功电压控制模式仅考虑单个风电场的无功平衡,无法兼顾大型风电基地的电压综合控制需求。文中提出了风电场群的无功电压协调控制思路,以风电场群的汇集站为电压中枢点,以各风电场升压变压器的高压侧电压为约束,协调各风电场的无功调节装置动作。协调控制策略以多目标的优化模型为基础,应用遗传算法求解。对典型风电场群汇入系统的仿真分析表明,协调控制策略在提高电网的安全性和经济性方面较传统的各风电场单独控制策略具有较大的优越性。Current reactive power and voltage control strategy of wind farms in a same wind energy base aims at reactive power balance of single wind farm only,which cannot satisfy comprehensive voltage and reactive power control needs of the wind farm group in whole.Therefore,a reactive power and voltage coordinated control strategy for wind farm group is proposed.The area voltage control center monitors the pilot bus in the central substation where many wind farms are connected to,and coordinates all kinds of reactive power resources in different wind farms to regulate the voltage profile of all wind farms.The genetic algorithm is used to solve such a multi-objective optimization model.The simulation results of a typical wind power system show that the coordinated control strategy has better performance than the current individual one in respects of security and economy of the grid.
