摘  要:利用Ni-Cr合金在真空环境下成功地把金刚石钎焊到钢基体上。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分别观察钎焊后金刚石形貌和分析钎缝组织。结果表明:钎焊后金刚石出露较高,金刚石和钎料之间实现化学冶金结合;钎焊后钎缝组织比较复杂,从金刚石表面到钎缝中生成碳化物的形貌发生变化;钎料中主要生成γ-Ni、Cr_(23)C_6、Cr_7C_3和CrB,这是金刚石和钢基体结合强度较高的主要原因。By using Ni-Cr alloy,diamond was successfully brazed to steel matrix under vacuum environment. SEM and XRD were used to analyze the morphology of diamond and the mierostructure of brazing seam. The results show that the protrusion of diamond after brazing is high, and the chemical metallurgical combination is achieved between diamond and brazing alloy; the microstructure of brazing seam after brazing is very complex, and the feature of formed carbide changes from the surface of diamond to brazing seam; γ-Ni、Cr_(23) C_6、Cr_7 C_3 and CrB were formed in brazed alloy,which is the main reason for the high strength between diamond and steel matrix.
