摘  要:利用SSR分子标记技术研究了黔东南地方玉米品种,筛选出48对引物,共检测出309个等位基因变异,每对引物检测出3~12个,平均为6.44个。每个位点的SSR多态信息量(PIC)变化为0.37~0.88,平均为0.70,标记索引系数平均为4.68。21个材料间的遗传相似性系数变化为0.57~0.90,平均为0.68。利用4对多态信息量高的引物建立了21个地方品种的DNA指纹图谱。In this study,the genetic diversity of 21 local maize varieties of southeast Guizhou were studied by simple sequence repeats (SSR) markers. 48 pair of SSR primers for Guizhou local maize varieties were selected. A total of 309 polymorphic bands were detected by these primers, the average number of alleles per SSR locus were 6.44 with a range from 3 to 12. Polymorphism information content(PIC) for each SSR locus varied from 0.37 to 0.88 with average of 0.70. DNA fingerprint mapping of 21 varieties could be established by 4 primers.
