低温、紫外线对魔芋种芋萌发及生长的影响

摘  要:魔芋种芋经不同时长的低温冷藏和紫外线辐射后,对其萌芽出苗特性、生长、抗病性、光合特性及产量等方面进行比较研究。结果表明:魔芋种芋经低温冷藏、紫外线辐射后,明显推迟其萌芽出苗,但对其生长发育影响不大,同样能获得较高产量,同时能有效控制魔芋软腐病的发生,其中5℃冷藏30d及紫外线辐射5h效果最佳。Pretreatment those konjac' s bulbs by deepfreeze and ultraviolet for different time. Afterward, compared and investigated the bulbs germination characteristics, growth, disease resistance, photosynthesis and yield. The results as follow:deepfreeze and ultraviolet obviously postponed the germination of the bulbs, but its growth was influenced little, and the yield was near and high. The study result showed that deepfreeze and ultraviolet treatment could control the occurrence of erwinia carotovora effectively, and the best effect was pretreatment deepfreeze at 5 ℃ for 30 days and ultraviolet for 5 hours.
