传媒产业需要进行融合性的人才培养

摘　　要：鹏城五月,多彩缤纷。群贤毕至,荔园飘香。来自国内外高校文化产业研究界、实业界的30多名专家学者和业界精英齐聚深圳大学,共同探讨新世纪高校文化产业的发展问题,成为第六届中国(深圳)国际文化产业博览交易会深圳大学分会场一道独特的学术风景。深圳大学文化产业资源丰富,是文博会目前30个分会场中唯一设在高校的分会场。近年来,深圳大学积极推进文化产业的人才培养、科学研究和产业开发,全校有文化创意产业相关学科、专业的教师300多人,开设了美术、设计、建筑、广告、动漫、音乐、表演艺术等多个专业,积极推进各类原创优秀艺术作品的创作与开发。以"学术.高端.原创"为特色,以"创新.创意.创业"为定位,深圳大学的文化产业已逐步形成由美术部落、设计部落、传媒部落、建筑部落、演艺部落、影视部落等为主体的创意集群。去年深圳大学成立了文化产业研究院,一年来,研究院先后承担了省市一批项目,举办了多次论坛、演讲活动,申报获得了深圳市文化产业教学与培训基地,目前正协同相关学院积极建设文化产业管理的硕士方向及本科专业,并全力打造国家级的"文化产业科研创新平台",力争在华南地区文化产业学科建设版图上占有重要一席。今年文博会期间,深圳大学分会场举办了以"创新.创意.创业:高校文化产业发展"为主题的学术论坛,集中研讨新世纪以来国内外高校文化产业发展的成功经验及发展路向,特别是就高校文化产业学科建设和人才培养问题展开了广泛而深入的研究。应该说,这既是一个理论话题,更是一个实践命题。随着国家《文化产业振兴规划》、广东省建设"文化强省"及深圳市打造"文化产业龙头大市"等战略举措的实施,高校文化产业学科建设和创新面临新的发展机遇。怎样看待高校在国家文化产业发展中的�During this year＇s International Cultural Industry Fair,the Breakout Rooms of Shenzhen University held an academic forum centering around the theme of ＂Innovation,Originality and Carving out-the Development of Culture Industry in Colleges and University＂.The forum focused its discussions on the successful experiences and the future direction of the development of culture industry of colleges and universities home and abroad since the new century,especially on the discipline construction and training of talents.We＇re facing problems such as how to look upon the position of higher institutions in the country＇s culture industry,how colleges and universities should make new contributions to culture industry,how to cultivate creative talents and promote the combination of culture industry and the pioneering works of college students etc.It will take a longtime to solve all these problems,but the dialogues and exchanges of opinions between the academic circles and industrial circles will definitely provide inspirations and help promote the innovation of culture industry as a discipline in colleges and universities.We sorted out the speeches of some experts and printed them in this issue.Meanwhile,we look forward to hearing new views on this issue from more scholars.
