摘  要:采用机械混合法、固相合成法、水热法、沉积-沉淀法和共沉淀法制备系列CuO/CeO_2水煤气变换催化剂,采用XRD、N_2物理吸附和H_2-TPR等方法对样品进行表征,研究制备方法对CuO/CeO_2催化剂结构的影响以及催化剂结构与其催化性能的关系。结果表明,共沉淀法有利于获得较小的CuO和CeO_2晶粒、较大的比表面积、孔容和孔径以及较好的还原性能,制得的催化剂活性和稳定性较好。A series of CuO/CeO2 catalysts for water-gas shift reaction were prepared by different methods, such as mechanical mixing, solid-state synthesis, hydrothermal, deposition-precipitation and coprecipitation method. The as-prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2 physisorption and H2- TPR techniques. The influence of preparation methods on the structure of CuO/CeO2 catalyst and the relationship between their structure and catalytic performance were investigated. The results showed that the catalyst prepared by co-precipitation method favored to form smaller CuO and CeO2 crystal, larger BET surface area, pore volume and pore size, and exhibited better reduction properties, catalytic activity and stability.
