摘　　要：《管子》以轻重学说作为其价格思想的理论基础,分析商品价格贵贱及其变动的原因。《管子》围绕社会政治以及经济财政的实践目标,将轻重学说运用于制定价格政策以及调节商品流通和商品价格。《管子》价格思想的本质是通过国家干预为封建国家增加财政收入。价格政策服从国家财政的主张,在实践中有危害,在理论上有缺陷。The balance theory was the base of GuanZi＇s price ideology,which analyzed the reason why the commodity was expensive or poor and its change.GuanZi applied the balance theory to decide the price policy and to adjust the commodity circulation and its price with the practical destination of social politics and economic finance.The nature of GuanZi＇s price ideology was to increase the revenue for feudalistic countries by administrative intervention.When the price policy followed the national finance,it would be dangerous in practice and had disadvantage in theory.
