摘　　要：采用SWOT-PEST方法对影响区域发电行业发展的内外部环境因素进行了具体分析,在此基础上根据发电行业发展特点,从营销策略的角度对区域电力行业发展的战略定位进行了系统的探讨。The SWOT-PEST method was used to analyze the internal and external environmental factors affecting the development of regional power generation industry and in detail,and on this basis,according to the characteristics of the development of regional power generation industry,the strategy positioning of the development of regional power industry was systematically discussed from the view of marketing strategies.
