摘　　要：介绍了"企业架构"及"企业架构治理"的起源与发展,从华东电网有限公司"IT治理"现状出发,提出了适应公司"智慧企业"发展的涵盖企业架构——IT项目实施——IT服务3个层级的"一体化IT治理体系"架构,并对其实施路径进行了整体规划。The article introduces the origin and development of＂Enterprise Architecture＂and＂Enterprise Architeture Governance.＂ Based on ECGC＇s＂IT Governance＂situation,it proposes a 3-level＂IT Governance System＂which covers enterprise architecture,IT project implementation,IT service,to meet＂Intelligent Enterprise＂development target.It also makes an overall planning of company＇s implementation path.
