摘 要:目的:探讨青年腹型肥胖患者微量白蛋白尿(MAU)、血液流变学及生化指标的相关性。方法:筛选青年腹型肥胖患者(腹型肥胖组)146例、外周型肥胖患者(外周肥胖组)143例和同期健康志愿者(健康对照组)145例,检测和比较3组MAU、血液流变学及生化指标,并进行相关性分析。结果:腹型肥胖组的MAU及血液流变学指标高于外周肥胖组、健康对照组,腹型肥胖组所有生化指标高于健康对照组,腹型肥胖组肌酐、血糖高于外周肥胖组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。腹型肥胖组的MAU与全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容、全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、三酰甘油、血尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐、血糖均呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01),与红细胞变形指数、红细胞电泳指数则呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:青年腹型肥胖患者存在不同程度MAU、血液流变学及生化指标异常,且MAU与血液流变学及生化指标具有相关性。Objective:To investigate the relativity of microalbuminuria(MAU),hemorheology and biochemical index in young abdominal obesity.Methods:One hundred and forty-six young abdominal obese,143 general obese and 145 healthy volunteers were recruited in this study.The values of MAU,hemorheology and biochemical index were tested and compared in subjects of groups.Results:There were significant differences in the values of MAU,hemorheology and biochemical index between three groups(P 0.01 or P 0.05).There was a positive correlation between MAU and blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,red cell volume,blood reduced viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte rigidity index,triacylglycerol,blood uric acid,urea nitrogen,creatinine and blood sugar(P 0.01 or P 0.05).But there was a negative correlation between MAU and erythrocyte deformation index and erythrocyte electrophoresis index(P 0.05).Conclusion:There are abnormal MAU,hemorheology and biochemical indexes with varying degree in young abdominal obesity.MAU is closely related with hemorheology and biochemical index.
