子癎前期患者血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白、内皮素-1及一氧化氮水平的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨子癎前期患者血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)、内皮素-1(ET-1)及一氧化氮(NO)水平变化及临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测20例轻度、19例重度子癎前期患者及20例正常孕妇(正常组)妊娠晚期血浆中oxLDL、ET-1水平,采用硝酸还原法检测各组孕妇血浆中的NO水平,并行相关性分析。结果:轻度及重度子癎前期组孕妇血浆oxLDL水平均显著高于正常组(均P<0.01)。正常组孕妇血浆中oxLDL水平与ET-1、NO及收缩压、舒张压均无相关性(均P>0.05)。轻度子癎前期组血浆oxLDL水平与ET-1、NO水平及收缩压、舒张压均呈正相关(均P<0.01)。重度子癎前期组血浆中oxLDL水平与ET-1、NO水平呈负相关,与收缩压、舒张压均呈正相关(均P<0.01)。结论:oxLDL可通过影响血管内皮收缩舒张因子ET-1及NO的表达来参与子癎前期的病理生理过程,与子癎前期的发病密切相关。Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of oxidized low-density lipoprotein（oxLDL）,endothelin-1（ET-1） and nitric oxide（NO）in pregnant woman with preeclampsia.Methods：Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to measure the levels of oxLDL and ET-1 in 20 women with mild preeclampsia（MPE group） and 19 women with severe preeclampsia（SPE group）.The plasma level of NO was measured by Nitrate reduction method,and the correlation of them was investigated between the groups.Results：The level of oxLDL was significantly higher in MPE and SPE group compared with that of control group（P 0.01）.There was no obvious correlation between the level of oxLDL and the levels of ET-1,NO,systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） in healthy pregnant women group（P 0.05）.There was a positive correlation between the level of oxLDL and the levels of ET-1,NO,SBP and DBP in MPE group（P 0.01）.In MPE group there was a negative correlation between the level of oxLDL and the values of ET-1,NO,SBP and DBP（P 0.01）.Conclusion：The plasma level of oxLDL may be involved in the pathophysiological processes of preeclampsia by affecting the expressions of endothelial systolic and diastolic factors,such as ET-1 and NO,which was also closely related to the incidence of preeclampsia.
