摘  要:目的:研究抗氧化剂减轻造血干细胞移植术(HSCT)预处理对肝肾相关毒性的作用。方法:选择100例HSCT患者,随机分为2组,试验组于预处理前给予维生素(Vit)C(300mg/d)以及VitE(600mg/d),对照组不予补充。测定预处理前后2组患者的血浆总抗氧化力(TAC)、丙二醛(MDA)、血浆丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、尿素氮(BUN)及肌酐(Cr)。结果:移植后2组间TAC浓度差异有统计学意义(F=98.057,P<0.01),组内不同时间点TAC浓度差异有统计学意义(F=55.879,P<0.01)。移植后2组间MDA差异有统计学意义(F=74.651,P<0.01),组内不同时间点MDA浓度差异有统计学意义(F=58.235,P<0.01)。对照组移植后的ALT、BUN及Cr均高于移植前,差异有统计学意义,试验组移植前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);移植后2组ALT、BUN及Cr比较差异有统计学意义。结论:移植预处理前外源性补充抗氧化剂可提高患者机体的抗氧化力,减少预处理中脂质过氧化物的产生,有效减轻移植术相关肝肾毒性。Objective:To study the effect of antioxidants on reducing hepatic and renal toxicity during pretreatment of hemopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).Methods:One hundred patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The test group was given Vit C(300 mg/d) and Vit E(600 mg/d) before the pretreatment and the control group was given nothing.The values of total antioxidant capacity(TAC),malondialdehyde(MDA),aspartate aminotransferase(ALT),urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr)were detected before and after HSCT.Results:The concentration of TAC was different in test group compared with that of control group after HSCT(F = 98.057,P 0.01).The TAC showed significant differences at different time points in the same group(F = 55.879,P 0.01).The value of MDA was also different between the 2 groups(F = 74.651,P 0.01).The value of MDA was different in different time points in the same group(F = 58.235,P 0.01).The values of BUN,Cr and ALT were increased after HSCT compared with those of before HSCT in control group(P 0.05).The values of BUN,Cr and ALT were significantly different between the two groups after HSCT.Conclusion:Supplying antioxidant vitamins before pretreatment improved the antioxidant capacity and reduced lipid peroxidation in HSCT patients,and helped to control the hepatic and renal toxicity from pretreatment efficiently.
