摘 要:报道了一台平均功率15.5 W,重复频率5 kHz的激光二极管(LD)抽运全固态589 nm黄光激光器。用声光调Q的LD抽运Nd:YAG固体激光器产生1064 nm与1319 nm的基频光,并在腔外通过两块LBO晶体和频产生589 nm黄光激光。为提高和频转换效率,对1064 nm与1319 nm基频光的功率配比及脉冲宽度进行了优化设计,并采用电子学延迟技术使二者在时域上同步。当1064 nm和1319 nm基频光总平均功率为140 W,匹配温度为43.5℃时,获得了15.5 W的589 nm激光输出,和频效率约11.1%,重复频率5 kHz,脉宽约110 ns。A 15.5-W average power,5-kHz repetition rate laser diode(LD) pumped all-solid-state 589 nm yellow laser was reported.Two acoustic-optic Q-switched LD pumped Nd:YAG lasers of 1064 nm and 1319 nm were used as the basic-frequency lasers.The 589 nm yellow laser was generated by extra-cavity sum-frequency generation(SFG).To get high SFG efficiency,the power ratio and pulse widths of 1064 nm and 1319 nm were optimized.Moreover,the electronic delay technology was employed to make the two lasers time-synchronization.When the total power of 1064 nm and 1319 nm was 140 W,the output power of 589 nm laser was 15.5 W at the matching temperature of 43.5 ℃.The conversion efficiency of SFG was about 11.1%.The repetition frequency of the laser was 5 kHz with the pulse width of about 110 ns.
