摘 要:番茄品质性状包括商品品质、感官品质和营养品质3个主要方面。对30份番茄种质资源的17个品质性状进行多元统计分析,结果表明,不同品质性状的变异系数不同,番茄红素含量变异系数最大,达到95.42%,可溶性总糖含量变异系数最小,为17.43%,17个性状平均变异系数为32.83%;不同性状相关性分析发现,果实的果形指数,果梗洼大小,果肩有无等外观商品品质与内在营养品质呈极显著相关;主成分分析将17个主成分归纳为6个公因子,累积贡献率达80.99%;基于材料因子得分值将30份材料划分为6大类群。研究结果为品质性状的评价及这些种质材料在番茄品质改良方面的利用提供了依据。The quality of tomato mainly contains commercial quality,sensory quality and nutritional quality.Seventeen quality traits of 30 tomato germplasm were studied by multiple statistics analysis.The result showed that different diversity were detected among different traits,lycopene content had the largest coefficient of variation 95.42%,soluble solids content had the smallest of 17.43% and the average coefficient variation of the tested traits was 32.83%.The correlation analysis on the traits showed that some exterior commercial quality traits had significant correlation with internal nutrition traits,such as fruit shape index,fruit carpopodial depression size and availability of fruit shoulder.By principal component analysis,17 principal components were summarized to six principal components which cumulative contributive rate accounted for 80.99%.Based on the score vectors of the factors,30 cultivars were classified into six categories by using cluster analysis.The results can be a basis for the evaluation of quality traits and the utilization of these materials for tomato quality improvement.
