摘  要:以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用分层浸渍法制备Cu-Ce-O/γ-Al2O3催化剂,将其用于常温常压条件下催化湿式过氧化氢氧化法(Catalytic Wet Hydrogen Peroxide Oxidation,CWPO)降解质量浓度为1 000 mg/L的酸性大红-3R染料废水,并探讨催化剂制备过程中Ce(NO3)3溶液浓度、Cu(NO3)2溶液浓度、吸附次数、焙烧温度和时间、升温速率等因素对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,Cu-Ce-O/γ-Al2O3催化剂最佳制备工艺为0.2mol/L Ce(NO3)3溶液浸渍吸附2次、450℃下焙烧4 h预处理、1.0 mol/L Cu(NO3)2溶液浸渍吸附1次、550℃下焙烧3 h、升温速率为8℃/min;处理工艺为常压、反应温度30℃、进水pH3.0、双氧水投加量0.18mol/L、催化剂用量0.18 mol/L、反应3 h,可使酸性大红-3R的降解率达到98.16%,铜流失量控制在2.76mg/L以下。The catalyst Cu-Ce-O/γ-Al2O3 was prepared from impregnating and roast with γ-Al2O3 carrier,and used to degrade acid scarlet-3R dye wastewater with the mass concentration of 1 000 mg/L by the method of catalytic wet hydrogen peroxide oxidation(CWPO).The experiment tested the influence of Ce(NO3)3 solution concentration,Cu(NO3)2 solution concentration,adsorption frequency,calcination temperature and time,heating rate in the preparation technology on catalyst activity.Experiment results showed that the optimal preparation process was that soaked twice in 0.2 mol/L Ce(NO3)3 solution for absorption,roasted at 450 ℃ for 4 h,soaking once in 1.0 mol/L Cu(NO3)2 solution for absorption,and roasted at 550 ℃ with the heating rate of 8 ℃/min for 3 h.When acid scarlet-3R dye wastewater reacted with hydrogen peroxide 0.18 mol/L for 3 h under the best treatment conditions including atmospheric pressure,reaction temperature 30 ℃,influent pH 3.0,and catalyst 16.0 g/L,the removal rate of acid scarlet-3R wastewater was 98.16%,and amount of Cu loss was 2.76 mg/L.
