摘 要:作为智能电网的关键节点,智能变电站的功能之一是为电网提供数据信息支撑。为此建立了一种智能变电站内的一体化信息平台,该平台采用分层分布式结构,统一和简化变电站的数据源,形成唯一性、一致性的基础数据和信息,以统一标准的方式实现变电站内外实时数据及信息的交互和共享,为电力系统运行控制提供可靠的信息支撑。阐述了建立平台所涉及的站内数据辨识、数据估计、数据及信息的分类、动态共享、智能传输以及站内数据及信息的安全等关键技术,提出了具体的解决方案。平台遵循IEC61850规范与站内外的设备联系。对所建立平台的信息流量和延迟进行了仿真,结果表明,平台的通信延迟可以满足站内外数据及信息使用者的要求。As a key node in smart grid, one of the functions of smart substation is to provide information supporting for the grid. For this reason, an integrative information platform in the smart substation is built. A layered and distributed structure is adopted in this platform to unify and simplify the data sources inside the substation, so unique and consistent basic data and information are formed and the interaction and sharing of data and information inside and outside the smart substation can be implemented by a unique and standard mode to provide reliable information support for operation and control of smart grid. The key techniques related to data identification and data estimation, the classification, dynamic sharing and intelligent information transmission of data and information inside the substation, which are adopted during the building of the platform, as well as the security of information and data are expounded and concrete solutions for them are given. Following the standards in IEC 61850, the platform communicates with equipments inside and outside the substation. The information flow and time delay of the built platform are simulated, and simulation results show that the communication time delay of the built platform can meet the requirements of data and information from users inside and outside the substation.
