摘  要:非晶合金配电变压器是一种采用新材料、新结构、新工艺的节能型配电设备,其铁心材料是一种非晶合金,与传统硅钢铁心相比,具有突出的低空载损耗特性。介绍了非晶合金配电变压器的结构特性、机械应力敏感性,分析了性能参数以及低空载损耗特性的稳定性,探讨了SH15型非晶合金配电变压器产品的有功损耗率与负载率的关系,对比分析了SH15型非晶合金配电变压器与S11型配电变压器的效率特性和年综合损耗,为评价非晶合金配电变压器的技术性能提供了参考依据。Amorphous core distribution transformer is a type of energy-saving distribution equipment adopting new materials, new structure and new technology. Its core is made of amorphous alloy material, so that the no-load loss of this type of distribution transformers is much lower than that of traditional distribution transformers, which adopt the cores made of conventional laminated silicon steel sheets. The architectural characteristic of amorphous core distribution transformer and its sensitivity to mechanical stress are presented; its performance parameters as well as the stability of its low no-load loss characteristics are analyzed; the relation between active loss rate of SH15 type of amorphous core distribution transformer and load factor is discussed; the efficiency characteristics and annual synthetical loss of SH15 type of amorphous core distribution transformer are analyzed and compared with those of Sll type of distribution transformer, and the results are available for reference in the evaluation of technical performances of amorphous core distribution transformer.
